At The Ranch (if it’s not snowing), I am lucky enough to see stars every night – it is truly magical! While photographing stars can be exciting and fulfilling, taking them doesn’t require as much physical labor – now is an ideal time of year to capture images without suffering too much! Don’t sacrifice too much sleep just so you can capture beautiful shots – now’s an excellent opportunity to put the 500 Rule into effect and honor those heavenly bodies before spring and summer come knocking!
