Yes, I am all mirrorless and love it! This question comes up frequently due to all of the beautiful DSLR gear available used at great prices (a great way to start photography!). Why am I all mirrorless? Basically for two main reasons; ease of shooting video and reduced gear weight/size. Mirrorless fits my visual storytelling philosophy perfectly as less is more and KISS.
