Bolivar Flats’ Willet and other birds appear to know it’s time to share their tranquil beach once again, with activity levels at peak levels due to spring. Squabbles, courtship, feeding and everything else seeming to cover every inch of sand beneath an overcast sky. When the sun peeks out though, calm comes across the beach – birds all taking breaks, bathing in its warmth or simply preening themselves – just in time for weekend fun!
